Fred was selected for advising on several complex, headline-grabbing transactions, including representing EQT in its announced $33.4 billion acquisition, with Global Infrastructure Partners, of The AES Corporation—one of the largest private equity-led take privates in the global power and energy markets. “This deal underscores the accelerating convergence of infrastructure investing, energy transition financing and AI-driven electricity demand,” Fred told the
Daily Journal.
