Simpson Thacher Represents Harrison Street in Developing Novel Auction-Based Liquidity Option for Interval Fund Investors
Simpson Thacher represented Harrison Street Asset Management in its collaboration with Nasdaq Fund Secondaries and LODAS Markets to develop an auction mechanism to offer an additional liquidity option for interval fund investors outside of the funds’ scheduled repurchase offers. Harrison Street is the first sponsor to authorize transfers of interval fund interests in an auction conducted through this managed transaction environment.
