Simpson Thacher represented La Caisse (formerly CDPQ), Partners Group, Permira Credit and Natixis as senior unitranche lenders in connection with the acquisition of Netco (“Netco”) by Eurazeo (“Eurazeo”). The transaction closed on September 15, 2026.
Netco, headquartered in France, is a European leader and international operator in the general maintenance and servicing of conveyor systems across a wide range of production sectors, including minerals, energy, recycling & waste, machinery, agri-food, metallurgy and pharmaceutical & chemicals.
Eurazeo is a leading global investment group with €40 billion in diversified assets under management, including €31 billion on behalf of institutional and retail clients through its private equity, private debt, real estate and infrastructure strategies.
