Accelevation Completes Initial Public Offering

Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters, led by Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, in connection with the initial public offering of Accelevation Holdings Corp. (“Accelevation”). A total of 30,000,000 shares of Class A common stock were sold in the offering, consisting of 10,000,000 shares sold by Accelevation and 20,000,000 shares sold by certain selling stockholders affiliated with Olympus Partners. The offering raised approximately $540 million in gross proceeds. Shares of Accelevation are now listed on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “ACCV.” The initial public offering closed on October 1, 2026.

Accelevation is a vertically integrated infrastructure platform that designs, manufactures and installs power distribution and white space infrastructure products for mission-critical environments. Accelevation helps hyperscale, colocation, artificial intelligence, cloud and other large-scale data center customers accelerate deployment through integrated, factory-built solutions designed for speed, scalability and deployment certainty.
