Simpson Thacher Represents Administrative Agent for Peoria Resources' Revolving Credit Facility

Simpson Thacher represented Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, in connection with the first amendment to Peoria Resources Acquisition Company, LLC's agreement (the "Credit Agreement"). The Credit Agreement provides for a $1 billion senior secured revolving credit facility. The amendment was entered into in connection with Peoria's acquisition of Fundare Resources Operating Company, LLC, Fundare Redtail, LLC, Rangeview Resources Operating Company, LLC and Rangeview Green River, LLC.

Peoria Resources Acquisition Company, LLC is an exploration and production company focused on the acquisition and development of oil and gas assets and is the U.S. subsidiary of Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd. The acquired companies hold oil and gas assets in Colorado and Wyoming and will continue to operate the assets going forward.
