Amy Candido Speaks at PLI's Advanced Trade Secrets 2026
Amy Candido, Head of the Firm's Intellectual Property Litigation Practice, was a featured speaker at Practising Law Institute's "Advanced Trade Secrets 2026: New Challenges, Solutions, Technologies, and Imperatives" program on October 13 in San Francisco. Amy's session, "Damages in Trade Secrets Cases," examined the increasingly common judicial scrutiny of large trade secret verdicts and lessons to be learned for both trade secret plaintiffs and defendants. The program brought together thought leaders in the field to discuss the latest national trends in trade secret litigation, protecting trade secrets in the age of AI and strategies for preventing misappropriation.
