BBB Wise Giving Alliance Adopts Standards for Charitable Accountability
The BBB Wise Giving Alliance has issued its new Standards for Charitable Accountability which will apply to publicly soliciting organizations that are exempt from federal income taxation and to other organizations conducting charitable solicitations. This memorandum, by members of the Firm's Exempt Organizations practice area, addresses the new standards.
