Lynn K. Neuner is Global Co-Chair of Simpson Thacher’s Litigation Department. A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, she is perennially honored in Benchmark Litigation's “Top 10 Women in Litigation,” was named as an “Unrivaled Litigator” by Bloomberg Law, and has the distinction of being Chambers-ranked in four practice areas. Lynn is widely recognized as one of the nation’s most respected trial lawyers, with distinction in commercial litigation, securities litigation, insurance coverage, and advertising disputes. She tries high-stakes cases in federal and state courts, leads trial hearings in both international and domestic arbitrations, and conducts evidentiary proceedings before the National Advertising Division.

In the legal community, Lynn has been a recognized star, serving as a leader on the PLI Board, the Commercial Division Advisory Council, the Legal Aid Society Board, the New York City Bar Association Board, and the Yale Law School Fund Board. At Simpson Thacher, Lynn has held numerous leadership roles, including serving as Co-Administrative Partner, Executive Committee Member, Compensation Committee Member, Business Development Co-Chair, and Recruiting Co-Chair.
