Based in the Firm’s London office and a Partner in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice, Adam Brunk focuses on private equity acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures on behalf of leading international fund sponsors. Adam has worked on deals across Europe, the Americas and Asia. In 2024, Adam was recognized among Lawdragon’s “500 Leading Global Real Estate Lawyers.” 

Adam began his legal career in New York, working on both public and private transactions, including in relation to shareholder activism, before relocating to London in 2018. Prior to law school, Adam taught secondary science in the School District of Philadelphia as a Teach for America corps member. He has served on the young professionals boards of the New York Foundling and Educators for Excellence and is currently a vice president of the Columbia Law School Association and a patron of the Serpentine.

Adam received his A.B. from the University of Chicago, followed by a M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania, before earning his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served as an articles editor of the Columbia Journal of European Law. Adam also earned a Certificate in Global Business Law & Governance from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) while studying in Paris.
