Srishti Gupta

Srishti Gupta is Counsel in the Capital Markets Practice based in the Firm’s London office. She focuses on U.S. securities law matters, advising private equity sponsors, companies and underwriters on a variety of high yield bond offerings, private placements and initial public offerings. Srishti has also represented sponsors, high yield issuers and investment grade corporate clients on public and private acquisition financings and registered offerings, as well as general corporate matters.

Srishti’s recent work highlights include:

• KKR and its portfolio companies (including Q-Park, John Laing and ContourGlobal) in acquisition financings, private placements and corporate structure reorganization
• BlackRock in its acquisition financing for a minority interest in gas pipelines owned by Saudi Aramco
• Blackstone and its portfolio companies (including Cirsa and Schenck) in multiple high yield bond issuances and private placements 
• Apax in a high yield bond offering to finance the acquisition of T-Mobile in The Netherlands
• Apax in its acquisition financing for the Lutech Group in Italy
• TDR in its acquisition financing for Arrow Global and the Aggreko Group
• AstraZeneca in multiple financing transactions, including shelf takedowns
• Multiple financings for energy companies in Israeli gas fields, including the Leviathan and Karish and Tanin gas fields
