Arthur focuses his practice on advising asset management firms in connection with providing retail and high net worth investors access to private markets and alternative asset classes, including the formation and operation of registered and private retail funds across a range of strategies. Arthur also has extensive experience advising sponsors in connection with the formation and operation of private funds and accounts for institutional investors across a range of strategies, as well as on complex GP-led secondaries and continuation vehicle transactions.
Arthur received his J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in 2013 where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law, and his B.A. from the University of California, Irvine in 2007. Arthur is admitted to practice in California and New York.
