Daniel Bhalla is a Counsel in the Firm’s Credit Practice. Based in London, Daniel advises sponsors and creditors on a range of complex cross-border fund financing, including private equity NAV financings, credit NAV financings, secondaries portfolio financings, back-leverage and subscription line facilities. He also advises on the full spectrum of equity margin loans, including pre- and post-IPO margin loans and loans for stake-building purposes to funds, family offices and corporates.
Daniel has also spent time on secondments with major banks advising on a variety of structured lending transactions, including margin loans and fund financings. Earlier in his career, he spent time on a secondment advising the administrators of Lehman Brothers on a range of insolvency matters.
