Based in the Firm’s New York office, Dennis has broad experience advising financial sponsors, corporate borrowers, financial institutions and investment banks on a range of corporate finance transactions, including acquisition financings, bank and bridge loan financings and refinancings.

Dennis’ representative experience includes:

Dennis received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2016, magna cum laude, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and Comments Editor of Law Review. He received his B.Sc. from Fairfield University in 2011, magna cum laude. He is admitted to practice in New York.
