Dennis A. Durkin

Dennis Durkin is Counsel in the Firm’s Global Banking and Credit Practice. Based in the Firm’s New York office, Dennis has broad experience advising financial sponsors, corporate borrowers, financial institutions and investment banks on a range of corporate finance transactions, including acquisition financings, bank and bridge loan financings and refinancings.

Dennis’ representative experience includes:

• JPMorgan in providing term loan financing and an ABL facility to Smyrna Ready Mix Concrete
• Wells Fargo and other institutions as lead arranger of Boston Scientific Corporation’s $2.75 billion revolving credit facility
• Representation of the lead arrangers with respect to $16.1 billion of senior credit facilities for General Motors
• Morgan Stanley and other arrangers with a $1.25 billion refinancing of Alliant Holdings
• KKR in its $1.32 billion acquisition of BrightSpring Health Services, in which BrightSpring merged with PharMerica Corporation, and numerous subsequent financing transactions
• TDR Capital and I Squared Capital in the £2 billion equivalent acquisition financing of Aggreko and numerous subsequent financing transactions

Dennis received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2016, magna cum laude, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and Comments Editor of Law Review. He received his B.Sc. from Fairfield University in 2011, magna cum laude. He is admitted to practice in New York.
