He is a U.K. and international tax specialist with more than 30 years of experience, having previously been a tax partner at a Magic Circle firm for 25 years. Mark is widely acknowledged as a leading corporate tax expert, highly rated in Chambers and The Legal 500. He has extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and complex financings, as well as fund formation and asset manager advice. Mark also has experience counseling on contentious tax matters in the U.K., including tax authority enquiries and disputes involving FTSE 100 and other multinational companies.
