She advises clients on transactional and regulatory matters in connection with the operation and organization of regulated funds, including regarding compliance, corporate governance, reorganizations and restructurings, repurchase offers and tender offers, and liquidations. Melissa has a broad background representing various types of regulated fund structures, including interval funds, tender offer funds, listed closed-end funds, business development companies, mutual funds and exchange-traded funds.
