Stephanie Chaung is Counsel in the Firm's Registered Fund's Practice, focusing on a broad range of investment management and securities law matters related to registered investment advisers, investment companies and their boards of directors in connection with disclosure issues, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, reorganizations and restructurings, tender offers, liquidations and other operational matters. She has a broad background representing open- and closed-end funds, including exchange-traded funds. Stephanie advises asset management firms on transactional and regulatory matters arising under the Investment Company Act of 1940, including the formation and structuring of interval funds, tender offer funds, listed closed-end funds and business development companies.

Based in the Firm’s New York office, Stephanie focuses on a broad range of investment management and securities law matters related to registered investment advisers, investment companies and their boards of directors in connection with disclosure issues, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, reorganizations and restructurings, tender offers, liquidations and other operational matters. She has a broad background representing open- and closed-end funds, including exchange-traded funds. Stephanie advises asset management firms on transactional and regulatory matters arising under the Investment Company Act of 1940, including the formation and structuring of interval funds, tender offer funds, listed closed-end funds and business development companies.
