Based in the New York office, she has significant experience in complex litigation, including representation of public and private corporations, boards of directors, board committees and executives in connection with securities matters, shareholder and derivative actions, mergers and acquisitions, internal investigations and breach of contract claims. She received her B.A. from Washington and Lee University in 2011, where she graduated with honors in Politics.
