Amy Dawson is Counsel in the Firm’s Litigation Practice. Based in the New York office, she has significant experience in complex litigation, including representation of public and private corporations, boards of directors, board committees and executives in connection with securities matters, shareholder and derivative actions, mergers and acquisitions, internal investigations and breach of contract claims. She represents clients across a range of industries including healthcare, technology, payment processing and insurance.

Amy received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2017, cum laude, where she was Managing Editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics. She received her B.A. from Washington and Lee University in 2011, where she graduated with honors in Politics. She is admitted in New York, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
