  • H.I.G. Capital in numerous transactions, including in its acquisitions of: International Aerospace Coatings, a leading global provider of aircraft painting solutions for original equipment manufacturers, major airlines and operators; Tower Engineering Professionals, a leading full-service provider of engineering and maintenance services to tower, mobile network and other telecom infrastructure customers; Inventus Power; Time Manufacturing; Brooks Safety Solutions; Wastequip; and its $950 million carve-out acquisition of the distribution business of Avient Corp. and creation of Formerra, a preeminent distributor of engineered materials
  • Bain Capital in numerous transactions, including in its: $4.5 billion take-private acquisition of Envestnet, a provider of integrated technology, intelligent data and wealth solutions; growth investment in Power Home Remodeling, a leading exterior home remodeler
  • Milacron in its $2 billion cash and stock merger with Hillenbrand

Her experience spans several industries, including manufacturing, technology, infrastructure and healthcare. She also counsels clients on general corporate and governance matters and represents public and private companies in strategic mergers and acquisitions.
