Marija Momic is Counsel in the Firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice. Marija has extensive experience in advising clients on various aspects of antitrust law, including antitrust and merger control. Marija’s practice particularly focuses on complex, cross-border mergers across a broad range of areas, including the technology, telecommunications and industrial space. Marija has advised clients on some of the most high-profile transactions before the European Commission, the U.K. Competition and Markets Authority and global competition authorities. Drawing on this experience, Marija brings deep insight into the strategic, procedural and policy drivers that shape complex merger reviews – helping clients anticipate regulatory sensitivities and deliver successful outcomes.
