- S&P Global Inc. in the $975 million sale of its engineering solutions business to investment funds managed by KKR & Co. Inc.
- Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in the $760 million sale of its attachments and handheld hydraulic tools business to Epiroc AB
- SharkNinja, Inc. in its spin-off from JS Global Lifestyle Company Limited, resulting in the company becoming a publicly traded entity
- Pfizer Inc. in connection with its:
- joint venture combining its consumer health care business with that of GSK plc;
