A Partner in the Private Funds Practice of the London Office, Dan Lloyd focuses on the formation and operation of private investment funds across a broad range of investment strategies, and other aspects of private investing in alternative asset classes, including separate account arrangements, co-investments and the structuring of executive carried interest and co-investment arrangements. Dan has represented many of the largest and most well-known sponsors of private equity funds, including Apax Partners, Astorg, BC Partners, Bridgepoint, Carlyle, Charterhouse, Cinven, Coller Capital, CVC Capital Partners and EQT, on significant private equity fund formations. Dan obtained an LL.B. Law 2.1 from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2005. He also received his L.P.C. from the College of Law, London, in 2006.
