A Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department, Keegan Lopez regularly advises some of the world’s most prominent private equity sponsors, as well as public and private companies, on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, dispositions, carve-outs, strategic investments, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.  His experience spans a across a wide range of industries, including industrials, healthcare, transportation and logistics, telecommunications, music and entertainment, technology, and services generally. Keegan’s clients have included Apax Partners, Brookfield Asset Management, Ingersoll Rand, Investor AB and its portfolio companies, New Mountain Capital, Rosebank Industries, Sony Music, Stonepeak, Thompson Street Capital Partners, and The Wendy’s Company, among many others.

Keegan received his LL.B. (with Honors) from the University of Auckland, where he received the Senior Scholar Award from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Law Dean's Academic Excellence Award. Keegan received his B.A. from the University of Auckland.
