He represents private equity firms, portfolio companies and public issuers in a variety of derivative transactions, including interest rate, FX, commodity and equity-linked trades. Nathan also advises end-user clients on CFTC regulatory considerations and compliance with margin, clearing and reporting rules.

Nathan also advises end-user clients on CFTC regulatory considerations and compliance with margin, clearing and reporting rules.
