• KKR Real Estate Select Trust, Inc., a public non-traded ’40 Act REIT, in connection with its continuous offering and ongoing matters.
• Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust, Inc., a public non-traded REIT, in connection with its $60 billion follow-on offering and ongoing matters.
• New Mountain Guardian IV BDC, L.L.C., a business development company, in connection with its private offering and ongoing matters.
• Operating companies that own infrastructure or private equity assets and businesses.
