- Bain Capital Private Equity on multiple transactions, including: the acquisition of Eleda from Altor; the proposed €1.1 billion public-to-private (together with its consortium partners) of Caverion; the sale of Geometric Results, Inc. to PRO Unlimited; and the €2.1 billion public-to-private (together with its consortium partners) of Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj
- Oakley Capital on multiple transactions, including: the acquisition of TechInsights by Oakley Capital IV alongside CVC Growth; the investment in Affinitas Education; the acquisition of ICP Education (now Bright Stars); the sale of WebPros by Oakley Capital III to CVC and simultaneous $200 million reinvestment by Oakley Capital IV; and the acquisition of a majority stake in Globe-Trotter
- Vista Equity Partners on multiple transactions, including: the proposed sale of its portfolio company Finastra of its Treasury and Capital Markets business to Apax Partners; the acquisition by its portfolio company STATS of Perform Group to create STATS Perform; and the sale of Allocate Software to RLDatix
- Strategic Value Partners on multiple transactions, including: the acquisition (together with Blantyre Capital) of OQ Chemicals; and the cash offer for Nordic Paper
- Montagu on multiple transactions, including: the acquisition of Capita’s education software business; and the subsequent contribution of that business into the ParentPay Group
- Apollo on the acquisition of a stake in bp Pipelines TAP; and the acquisition of a stake in bp Pipelines (TANAP)
- KKR on its investment (and further investment) in Enilive
