Xue has more than 10 years of fund formation experience in Asia, with a particular focus on Greater China and Japan. She advises clients on a wide range of fund-related matters, including fundraising and fund formation, carry planning, co-investments and secondary transactions. Her experience includes representing both established and emerging sponsors, including Ant Group, Alibaba, Hillhouse, Celadon Partners and New Frontier Group in Greater China and Advantage Partners, Polaris Capital Group, Japan Activation Capital, CLSA/Sunrise Capital, Japan Innovation Investment Corporation (J-INC), Aspirant Group and Mercuria in Japan.

Xue earned an LL.M. degree from Duke Law School in 2013 and an LL.B. and a Bachelor of Economics from Tsinghua University in 2012.
Xue is admitted to the New York Bar. She is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
