Investing in the engagement and development of our talent is paramount to the success of our lawyers and Firm. Every year we devote considerable resources and develop new programs to ensure that all of our lawyers are supported at each step of their professional development. Mentoring programs, developmental trainings and access to internal and external coaches are just some of the resources our lawyers can access throughout their careers at Simpson Thacher.

Advancement

Advancing the careers of all lawyers is a key priority for the Firm’s leadership.
