Simpson Thacher Represents Acadia Power Partners, LLC and its Parent Companies in Sale of Acadia Unit 2 to Entergy Louisiana, LLC
The Firm represented Acadia Power Partners, LLC (APP) and its parent companies in connection with the sale of Acadia Unit 2 at Acadia Power Station and 50 percent of Acadia Power Station’s common assets to Entergy Louisiana, LLC, a subsidiary of Entergy Corp., for approximately $300 million. The transaction closed on April 29, 2011.
