Simpson Thacher Represents Chilean and Peruvian Telecommunications Company, Entel, in Credit Facility
The Firm recently represented Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones S.A. (“Entel”), one of the largest telecommunications providers in Chile and Peru, in connection with a bilateral ECA credit facility with KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH, a German government-owned development bank, as lender.
