Simpson Thacher advised Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, the private infrastructure investment team within Morgan Stanley Investment Management, in the formation and raising of North Haven Infrastructure Partners IV. North Haven Infrastructure Partners IV closed at $4.1 billion.
North Haven Infrastructure Partners IV includes some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated institutional infrastructure investors, including public and private pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and insurance companies.
