Town Lane Acquires 2.7 Million Square Foot Infill Portfolio of Shallow Bay Industrial Real Estate
Simpson Thacher represented Town Lane in the acquisition of a 2.7 million square foot portfolio of infill, shallow bay industrial real estate consisting of 55 buildings across six business parks in the Raleigh-Durham metro area. The acquisition also includes nearly 40 acres of developable land for future industrial use. Town Lane bought the portfolio from Corebridge Real Estate Investors and Equus Capital Partners.
Town Lane was founded in 2024 by Tyler Henritze and co-founded by Parker Morse after raising $1.25 billion of institutional investor capital targeting opportunistic returns for its inaugural real estate fund.
