Simpson Thacher represented Blackstone Secured Lending Fund, a publicly traded business development company (the “Company”), in connection with its registered public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.125% Notes due 2031.
The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
