Simpson Thacher Represents Purchasers in Registered Direct Offering of Senior Notes
Simpson Thacher represented Eagle Point Credit Management LLC (“Eagle Point”) in connection with the purchase by certain Eagle Point funds and accounts of senior notes in a registered direct offering by BCP Investment Corporation, a business development company. The offering consisted of $35 million aggregate principal amount of 7.50% notes due 2028 and $75 million aggregate principal amount of 7.75% notes due 2030.
