Adam Aderton to Speak at PLI’s 41st Annual SEC Reporting & FASB Forum
Partner Adam Aderton will participate as a panelist at the Practicing Law Institute’s (“PLI”) 41st Annual SEC Reporting & FASB Forum on December 18. The panel, “Staying Out of Trouble - SEC Enforcement Update,” will summarize the activities of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, including the SEC’s enforcement priorities, recent cases and their impacts and the SEC’s whistleblower program.
