Adam Aderton, Partner in the Firm’s Asset Management Regulatory and Enforcement Practice Department and a former Senior Officer in the SEC’s Enforcement Division, is a featured speaker at Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) Hedge Fund and Private Equity Enforcement & Regulatory Developments 2026 program, to be held on October 26 at PLI’s office in New York. Adam is set to speak on the panel "The Defense Perspective: Emerging Issues in Private Fund Regulatory Enforcement," which examines the industry perspective on regulatory priorities and proactive ways to manage risk in enforcement investigations.
