Simpson Thacher Represents Marcobre in $300 Million Senior Term Loan Facility
The Firm recently represented Marcobre S.A.C. (“Marcobre”) in connection with a $300 million senior unsecured term loan facility for which BBVA Securities Inc. and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. acted as joint lead arrangers and bookrunners. The proceeds of the loan were used to refinance Marcobre’s existing indebtedness.
Marcobre owns and operates the Mina Justa copper project in Peru, one of the country’s largest and most modern copper mines.
