Simpson Thacher advised Actis LLP (“Actis”) in connection with the circa €300 million commitment by Mubadala Investment Company to Rezolv Energy, an independent renewable energy platform in Central and Eastern Europe.
The Rezolv Energy platform has 750MW of renewable energy projects under construction in Romania and Bulgaria and an additional 1.5GW pipeline of projects in advanced development, including Europe’s largest solar power generation project, Dama in Romania.
