Blackstone Private Credit Fund Completes $700 Million Notes Offering
Simpson Thacher represented Blackstone Private Credit Fund, a non-traded business development company (the “Company”), in connection with a registered public offering of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 5.350% notes due 2031.
The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
