Flora Food Completes Private Placement of Senior Secured Notes
Simpson Thacher represented Flora Food and KKR in connection with a private placement of €500 million aggregate principal amount of 7.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2030. The notes were issued as additional notes under the indenture dated July 2, 2024, governing Flora Food’s existing £1.125 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2029. The transaction closed on February 3, 2026. The proceeds from the placement were used to repay a portion of Flora Food’s borrowings under its existing senior term facilities under the senior facilities agreement.
