Simpson Thacher Advises Achieve Together on £400 million All-Senior Debt Package
Simpson Thacher represented Achieve Together (backed by InfraBridge) on its new £400 million all-senior debt package (including a Social Finance Framework), raised from a syndicate of leading U.K. and international banks alongside long-term core infrastructure investors. The new financing package enables the full repayment of existing group indebtedness and enables Achieve Together to continue its next phase of strategic expansion within the specialist care sector in the U.K.
The funding under the financing closed on 4 February 2026.
