Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP today announced that Keith Harden has joined as a Partner in the Capital Markets Practice. He is based in the Firm’s New York office and will focus on securitizations.

Keith’s practice focuses on structured finance and securitization matters across a variety of industries, including real estate. He advises issuers, underwriters, government-sponsored enterprises, mortgage loan sellers, servicers and investors in public and private SASB, conduit, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), commercial real estate collateralized loan obligation (CRE CLO), residential transition loan (RTL) and GSE securitization transactions, among others.
