BCP Investment Corporation Completes Registered Direct Notes Offering
Simpson Thacher represented Lucid Capital Markets, LLC in connection with the purchase by certain purchasers of senior notes in a registered direct offering by BCP Investment Corporation, a business development company. The offering consisted of $50 million aggregate principal amount of 7.50% notes due 2029.
