Simpson Thacher Advises Blackstone on its Recommended Cash Acquisition of Senior plc
Simpson Thacher advised Blackstone on regulatory matters in connection with the recommended cash acquisition of Senior plc by Zeus UK Bidco Limited, a newly formed company to be indirectly controlled by investment funds advised by affiliates of Tinicum and Blackstone.
