Ian Ho Named a Top International Lawyer by India Business Law Journal
Ian Ho, Co-Head of Simpson Thacher’s Asia Offices, has been named to India Business Law Journal’s International A-List 2026. Ian was recognized for advising clients “at the intersection of global private equity, cross-border M&A, and strategic investment into and out of India.” Ian plays a pivotal role in the development of PE/M&A terms in India, having counseled clients like KKR and Blackstone, among the most active sponsors in India, on almost all of their India M&A transactions since 2007.
