(“Grant Thornton Bahamas”), an extension of Grant Thornton (Cayman) LLP — a move that deepens the platform’s Caribbean footprint and signals its continued investment in cross-border professional services.
The Bahamas launch builds on a multinational, multidisciplinary platform that Grant Thornton Advisors established in January 2025 with the support of an investor group led by New Mountain Capital, spanning across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and the Asia-Pacific region — including Grant Thornton firms in the US, Belgium, Brazil, the Cayman Islands, the Channel Islands, Denmark, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Puerto Rico, Spain, Switzerland/Liechtenstein, and the United Arab Emirates, as well as Auxis, a leader in outsourcing and business modernization, and Stax, a specialist in commercial due diligence and value creation. Simpson Thacher has represented Grant Thornton Advisors in connection with each of these transactions.
