Blackstone Private Credit Fund Completes $850 Million Notes Offering
Simpson Thacher represented Blackstone Private Credit Fund, a non-traded business development company (the “Company”), in connection with a registered public offering of $850 million aggregate principal amount of 5.950% notes due 2031.
