Simpson Thacher represented Affinius Capital, lead investor of a consortium in partnership with Vista Hill Partners, in connection with the investor consortium’s completed acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of common stock of Veris Residential, Inc. ("Veris") for $19.00 per share in an all-cash transaction representing an implied enterprise value of approximately $3.5 billion. The Firm also represented the investor consortium in connection with the related acquisition financing for the deal. With the completion of the transaction, Veris’s common stock has ceased trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
