Fibra EXI Completes Ps. 4.3 Billion Equity Offering
Simpson Thacher represented Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and BofA Securities, Inc., as global coordinators, in connection with Fibra EXI’s Ps. 4.3 billion (approximately US$247.44 million) follow-on global offering in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S. The CBFEs are listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “FEXI21.”
Fibra EXI is a Mexican energy and infrastructure investment trust that invests in Mexican entities that own brownfield transportation infrastructure. Its portfolio is one of the leading integrated toll road platforms in Mexico, with full operational control of six toll roads across seven Mexican states, comprising more than 600 kilometers in operation and serving an average annual daily traffic volume of approximately 55,000 vehicles.
