Simpson Thacher Represents Dealer Managers in Cash Tender Offers by Broadcom Inc.
Simpson Thacher represented the dealer managers, Barclays Capital Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc., in connection with the cash tender offers by Broadcom Inc. (“Broadcom”) pursuant to which Broadcom purchased approximately $2.9 billion in aggregate principal amount of six series of its existing senior notes.
Broadcom is a global technology leader that designs, develops and supplies a broad range of semiconductor and semiconductor-based solutions and infrastructure software solutions.
