TensorWave Secures $350 Million Series B Funding
Simpson Thacher advised TensorWave Inc., the emerging leader in AMD-powered AI infrastructure solutions, in raising $350 million in its Series B funding round. The round was co-led by Magnetar and AMD Ventures, with continued participation from Maverick Silicon, Nexus Venture Partners, and Western Frontier.
The Simpson Thacher team included Michael Kaplan, Kirsten Harmon, Sam Buchman and Zachary Howard (Corporate); and Harry Hudesman and Daniella Villatoro (Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits).
